with Bobby Lambert presented by VanderCook College of Music at Lincoln-Way
The 2021 marching season has begun! Please join us for “The Marching Arts Academy”, a unique set of leadership programs available to both music students and band directors in the greater Chicagoland area. Taught by one of the best leaders in music education, Mr. Bobby Lambert, the Drum Major and Leadership Academies are specifically designed to immerse music students in comprehensive and interactive leadership training that will not only benefit your student leaders but all of your band students.
In addition to in-depth conducting training for Drum Majors, each engaging session will focus on “people”, “process”, and “product”, creating relationships, systems, and group unity. Both veteran and new student leaders will discover new skills and perspectives as they develop their musical abilities and personal character strengths.
